  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • In case of stock issues or delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Festival seasons

  • Public holidays


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product weight

  • Delivery location

  • Ongoing offers or free-shipping promotions

Shipping costs (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.

If your tracking link does not update within 48 hours, feel free to contact us.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

  • Wrong phone number provided

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails after all attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take photos/video

  • Immediately contact us within 24 hours

We will assist with a replacement or resolution based on inspection.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.

Although we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
